If you are not completely satisfied with our service and/or products, we will first try to work with you to resolve the issue. If our efforts do not exceed your expectations, we will, of course, refund your money up to 30 days from your purchase date, with the exception for THE UNLIMITED 15 MIN CALLS FOR 1 YEAR, PSYCHIC READINGS, AND ANY PRIVATE SESSIONS OR CONSULTATIONS, NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE 15% DEPOSIT FOR ALL VIP Intensives, Classes, Courses, Events, Lessons, and Platinum Mentoring Packages. NO REFUND will be issued if “all” Materials we sent to you are not returned and “in our possession” within the 30 day time period.
ALL READINGS AND PRIVATE SESSIONS HAVE A NON-REFUNDABLE $120 DEPOSIT. If you Book your session and you are Not able to keep the appointment, we will refund your investment minus the $120 Non-Refundable deposit. If you Book your appointment and Receive the service, NO Refunds will be given.

To prevent user abuse of our Satisfaction Guarantee, we have implemented a standard protocol for refunds due to dissatisfaction. If you request a refund 2 times, we will assume that you have had plenty of time to explore our website, services and products, with the conclusion that we are not a good fit for your life and growth and will terminate our connection with you. We feel this course of action is for the better good of all involved. You are under no obligation to continue with enchantedpsychicreadings, and can discontinue service at any time.
